# House Tokens

Each property will have its own token. All trades will be paired to the JovJou token. All settlements are made on the day the object is placed.

**A simple example:**

House - 100 m²

JJ0001 - 100 000

NFT - 100

The appraised value of the house - $100,000

Price JovJou - $1

* Concentrated liquidity is created at UNISWAP V3: 100 000 JovJou - 100 000 JJ0001
* After redeeming all m², the pool will be: 200 000 JovJou - 0 JJ0001

JJ0001 token holders can now only rely on an increase in real estate valuation. To obtain rights and yields, a step with verification and signing a contract must be completed. After that, your NFT will need to be locked.

**Supplement**

* You need to have JovJou tokens to purchase real estate.
* You pay 1000 JJ000.. to create 1 NFT. But if you want to go into liquidity, you will be refunded 990 JJ000.. 10 JJ000.. will be retained for legal partner expenses.
* JovJou/JJ000.. pool always exists as long as the object is part of the project.
* The pool is placed in a range with \~20% deviation from the average cost to create a spread.
